ENTERPRISE TRAINING AND ENGAGEMENT

Execute the Directorate of Manpower, Organization & Resources (AF/A1M) and AFMAA Commander’s (AFMAA/CC) training programs.  Provide training direction and develop training programs for all personnel (officer, enlisted, and civilian) in the Manpower Enterprise.

MANPOWER MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS

Oversees Air Force Manpower major mission areas and associated support programs. Develops and implements operations policy and ensures collaboration across product lines. Captures, manages, and reports production metrics and human capital utilization.
