Lieutenant Colonel Michael P. Weeks is currently the Deputy Commander of the Air Force Manpower Analysis Agency at Joint Base San Antonio Randolph, Texas. The Air Force Manpower Agency is responsible for providing Air Force leaders at all levels the tools to identify essential manpower required to accomplish the Air Force mission effectively and efficiently. The agency exercises operational control of nine geographically separated units and directs analytical efforts to determine manpower requirements, develop programming factors, support the execution of competitive sourcing initiatives, conduct Air Force continuous process improvement engagements, and perform special Headquarters U.S. Air Force studies.
Lt. Col. Weeks is a 2003 distinguished graduate of the Air Force Officer Training School and a 2009 distinguished graduate of the Squadron Officer School. He has served in a broad range of assignments at the squadron, wing, numbered Air Force and field operating agency levels including command of a deployed Force Support Squadron. He has deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation INHERENT RESOLVE in Kyrgyzstan, Qatar, Djibouti and Kuwait.
